If you’d like to give QuaHill a try, simply choose one of the four options below.
This demo version is intended for installation on your own computer. It can be installed on any desktop with MS Windows 10 or higher, or Windows Server 2016 or higher.
Demo versions for all QuaHill editions (Enterprise / Premium / Basic) are available below. The demo version is limited to one user and will run for 30 days.
The Enterprise edition is intended for users who either need to work in a team or use web portals. However, for technological reasons the installation of web portals cannot be automated. Therefore, they are not available in this demo. If you are interested in a trial of QuaHill that includes web portals, please contact us in the QuaHill Cloud demo section or QuaHill Full demo section. The QuaHill Premium demo is intended for users who work with other vendors and need to keep track of their jobs, invoices, etc. If you choose to install the demo version with a database containing no test data, you can enter your own actual data. Then, when the demo version expires, you can purchase a regular licence and continue your work seamlessly. You can find out more about the Premium edition here.
QuaHill Basic is a demo intended for users who work alone and do not need to keep track of other vendors’ jobs. If you choose to install the demo version with a database containing no test data, you can enter your own actual data. If you don’t have your own server, but want to test QuaHill Enterprise with web portals, we offer our own cloud solution. You will be provided with your own Windows server running the full version of QuaHill, including vendor and client web portals, as well as QuaHill Web Manager. This way, you can experience what your day-to-day work would involve.
If you decide to trial QuaHill without test data, you can enter your own actual data into the system and later just purchase a licence to continue your work.
We can install applications supplied by you (Outlook, CAT tools, etc.) on the server, so it is no problem to set up a virtual office on our server that can be accessed from anywhere.

If you have your own server and want to test QuaHill Enterprise along with web portals, we will be happy to install the entire system on your server so you can test it in your own production environment. We will be happy to provide you with as many licences as you have project managers so that you can simulate the whole agency’s work if you wish.

An online presentation is the quickest way to see QuaHill in action. We’ll set up an online meeting to introduce you to the system, answer any questions you may have and show you how QuaHill can help you and simplify your work.
This is perhaps the quickest way to learn about how to use the system.
