Departments
(not available in Basic/Premium edition)
QuaHill allows larger agencies to define several departments in the system. Each user can be assigned the right to access data from individual departments. Each department can have its own numerical series for projects, quotes and invoices. Statistical outputs can also be created for selected departments only.
Each user can view the projects, quotes, purchase orders, business activities and enquiries of the department to which he/she is assigned rights. Departments can share client and vendor databases. If necessary, clients and vendors can be linked to a particular department and will not be accessible by other departments.
Each department can define its own global price list.

More...FAQ
How many departments can be defined in the system?
The number of departments is unlimited.
How does the system prevent a user from viewing data from other departments?
The user does not see the data. They are not displayed in lists and the user cannot work with them.
If a user has access to data from more departments, can he/she filter data in the project list for a particular department only?
Yes. The list contains the department column and data can be filtered using this column.
Is it possible to manage invoicing for different departments separately?
Yes, it is possible. Each department can have its own invoicing series defined and invoicing can be maintained separately.
